1. Non-Refundable Tokens

All purchases of tokens on Pin Maker are non-refundable. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided, except in cases explicitly outlined in this policy.

2. Free Tokens at Signup

Upon signup, you will receive a certain number of free tokens to test the Service. These tokens are provided for free and do not carry any monetary value. They are intended to give you an opportunity to explore our platform and services before making a paid purchase.

3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our platform prevents you from using the purchased tokens, we may provide a refund after our support team confirms the problem. To qualify, you must report the issue within 7 days of the purchase.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction has occurred, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. After investigation, we may issue a refund if the transaction is verified as unauthorized.

5. No Refund for Unused Tokens

Tokens purchased on Pin Maker do expire. However, if you decide not to use the Service or if your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any unused tokens in your account.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Pin Maker reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will signify your acceptance of those changes.
